Thanos because only god of marvel can give someone the power to turn off the infinity gaunlet and due to the fact darksied and source don't have TOAA permission they lose horribly.

The source is not god of DCU so therefore he does not have the power to contend.

The source is DC's version of god, it destroys the gauntlet powerwise. Thanos and darkseid are probably equal but the items make it uneven as hell.

The Source should give Darkseid the win however I am unsure. Stalemate for now.

Does the Source have any feats besides being stated as multiversal? Alot of people say Death of the New Gods isn't canon so I don't know if I should count him in that story.

The Source doesn't have feats but that's because it never actually engages in battle. It just exists. I don't even know what the OP means by "Darkseid with the Source". The Source isn't an amp.

Death of the New Gods is indeed non-canon for several reasons. The most important ones being that it uses concepts created by Jim Starlin that every other writer completely ignores or tries to retcon and the fact that it completely contradicts the events of Final Crisis (which are much more important for the continuity).

But the Phoenix force is only as strong as galactus and infinity gauntlet beats that down
