Just wanted to ad that superman was punched by the darkness and got a bleeding lip,so gamora making thanos bleed doesnt really look bad lol i love the darkness but his strength lvl isnt in the same lvls i dont think,also there is the the idea that strength isnt everything look at athles for example say rampage jackson from ufc he has tthe hardest punch in sports with a hit of like 1600 pnds of pressure or wahtever now a guy like lesnar cant throw a punch as hard yet can lift 600 pnds on a benchpress just saying it has a lot to do with technigue and using what you have to win,and im sorry but thanos wins this im pretty sure its said hes insanely inteligent among other things im sure supes speed isnt gonna win this fight

Superboy technically never lost to Karate Kid, doesn't matter, Thanos had one of Tyrants Orbs when he fought Tyrant so that point is irrelvant He would need a boost because he's physically too weak and too slow to keep up with a Kryptonian,
Thanos never used the power of that orb. he stole it to unlock its power later.
1. No, Silver Surfer is not faster than Superman(combat speed). Silver Surfer can only move at 99.9% of lightspeed in real space, once he passes lightspeed, he moves into hyperspace. Superman on the other hand, is considerably beyond the speed of light, in real space.
2. Superman has IIRC survived a black hole as well. Also, Eyeblast, Handblast, Force Field capability and Teleportation are all things Darkseid have as well, so no, that does not make Thanos a bigger threat than Darkseid.

@FinalStar86: No offense but, you must be kidding me. You are saying Surfer's durability is inferior to Superman's. That is not true, not at all. The Silver Surfer defeated two Proemial Gods, Aegis of all Sorrows and Tenebrous of The Darkness Between, by channeling the energies of 'The Big Crunch' itself. These two Proemial Gods can challenge Galactus himself and almost killed him. Surfer survived their attacks and defeated them. He is extremely durable and can increase his durability to incalculable levels by The Power Cosmic. Thanos survived a very powerful energy blast by Galactus and was able to put a hurt on Galactus. Surfer fought and defeated Abstracts. That includes taking their attacks and still standing.
@FinalStar86: Thanos put a hurt on Galactus and was able to survive the attacks of the most powerful Abstracts of the Universe. Thanos takes this. And not to forget, he is a much better fighter.
