Likely Thanos. Darkseid's best qualities don't really come from his physical stats, more so his Omega Effect and extra variables. When it comes to actually fighting, he's actually not that strong, and his record of getting hurt by people who are way below his calibre is not small.

That, and Thanos would likely actually know how to box here: Darkseid doesn't, so I wouldn't be surprised if he gets DQ'd for breaking the rules.

Darkseid has bodied superman with 2 hits and the entire Justice League. I think he is being downplayed here.

Honestly Darkseid in Pre-crisis was a martial artist him in Post crisis is kinda embarrassing to say the least about actual fighting on the bright side New 52 and Rebirth especially are great hand to hand combatants especially since Darkseid lost his power in Darkseid wars and had to fight with likes of Cyborg, what I mean is he had to result to technique over power since he was weakened which was great in my book.

Thanos has always been a fighter though, not the best but with his experience I think he might edge it out, it’s unknown since Darkseid at Full power is incredibly durable assuming his current state in justice league odyssey is above himself in the Alan Scott fight, if not Thanos takes this more times then not if current Darkseid isn’t at that level like he was on earth 2.

Thanos completely wipes the floor with ugly Uxas. Thanos's fight with the Champion is a testament of how smart he can be in combat. Darkseid is just a dumb brute.

Thanos has greater H2H feats than Darkseid.

Darkseid will definitely win this. Darkseid is a much better fighter than Thanos, and he is more skilled than Thanos in every single way. He is faster, stronger, and more durable. Without the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos loses to Darkseid. Therefore, Darkseid wins this boxing match.
