The most powerful version listed here is KC, and he's probably high herald level. No match for Thanos.

Ok, with the new edits in mind. I favor Superman.

Casual star level attacks would probably overwhelm Thanos after a while, he might be able to hang in there after the first few. I don't see him lasting however.

KC Superman alone is a good match for Thanos. Superman has this. Too many good feats when composite to lose tbh.

In Rebirth, he shook a whole universe. If composite, we mean all feats are taken then I'm pretty sure that feat alone takes it.
