He loses to Xavier. His wheelchair is just too powerful.

But on a serious note, I think he should lose to Cap as well.

Thanos should surely be relative to 5-7.

Sadly Thanos almost never just travels, often getting around by teleporting, spacecraft, or other forms of not self base travel.

Though considering how Thanos has proven to casually manage the speeds of Silver Surfer and the Champion. Combat speed isn't the same as travel, but having combat speed and the ability to still side step these guys should still say something about his travel speed.

Thor has proven travel to being somewhat relative to Silver Surfer. So Thanos should be able to manage 5.

WW can be scaled to immeasurable speed based characters, Thanos also has some scaling to this degree. So relative to how you scale, Thanos can be beyond WW. This same logic can apply to Superman, but Sups has much more consistent speed feats and immeasurable scaling to debate Sups being faster than a base Thanos.

The Flash is notably immeasurable, with Wally proving to outrun Barry if he uses enough speed force. Outrunning an immeasurable speedster says alot. Either Flash should be faster than Thanos consistently, feat wise, and scale wise.

Thanos should be able to pass 5, points can be pushed for either side of him getting past 6 and 7. But He shouldn't be going past 8.

Thanos doesn't really have any running feats but considering how massively superhuman he is he should easily get past atleast Cap.
