With the IG? Thanos bodies all with no difficultly. First of, The phoenix force is way more powerful than Mad Jim Jaspers (I am a fanboy of Mad Jim Jaspers, but his best ''feats'' are all speculation). As it stands now, Mad Jim Jaspers is universal+, but this wouldn't make difference, because Thanos defeated Eternity, who is far above Mad Jim Jaspers, because Eternity is the embodiment of the infinite big multiverse:

So Thanos beated infinite sized-multiversal beigns, and Mad Jim Jaspers comes not close to that. Mad Jim Jaspers never showed, that he could manipulate/destroy a infinite sized multiverse. So yeah, Thanos is way stronger than Mad Jim Jaspers.

Without the Infinity Gaunlet? Get's stomped at 10.

Wasn’t MJJ over the gauntlet as he’s multiversal?

Stops hard at 10. Thanos has contested with Phoenix hosts in the past (such as Thane) but Jean is on another level with the Phoenix Force. He physically can't defeat her, and is outmatched with energy manipulation or TP.

The only way I can possibly see Thanos getting through her is using his smarts to throw her off or incap/BFR her somehow.

Thanos never resisted reality warping on the level of the Phoenix.
