Well, since none of these weapons are going to break on contact, and Mr. Majestic can push a planet, it's over at one.

The fact that Majestic is wielding it will allow him to pierce Thanos will little effort since he's putting beyond planetary strength behind each blow. The shield is a different story though

I guess that depends on where he's pierced and how many times he's pierced.
