Why would he want the IG? It's not nearly as powerful as he already is. Of course if for some bizarre reason he wanted to do this he definitely could.

And unfortunately, Thanos has omniscience and time gem included here. He freezes time, knowing what Wally will be attempting, and then kills Wally with one finger.

Flash will blitz thanos with 3% of his maximum speed, roughly 120 million times ftl, any reaction feats for thanos?

Can't steal the Gauntlet so this is pointless either way.

If Thanos is jobbing, Flash takes the IG for himself.

@precrisisbardock: He is all knowing, and can control the flow of time and space. He will know where Flash is, what he's thinking, how fast he's going, etc. Plus you're assuming Thanos won't be making a fist. If he is then Flash couldn't get it off anyways lol.

Thanos with IG would destroy Wally West. The gems counter the speed steal and even if Flash can punch 9 trillion times Thanos, 0 damage x 9 trillions still equal 0.

Jobbing or not the only time the Infinity Gauntlet came off his hand was when he let it happened, not against his own will.

Thanos didn't even encounter or fight the Living Tribunal.

@precrisisbardock: reaction feats aren't anything when you're omnipresent.

The whole plan of the heroes was to distract and then speed-blitz Thanos and steal the gauntlet in the original series.

Warlock sacrificed the lives of every other Earth hero just to distract Thanos and make him believe he was invincible. They convinced Thanos to take away his omniscience and only utilize a small percentage of the gauntlets power, just for fun. Then Surfer speed blitzed from light-years away and came within one nanosecond of stealing the gauntlet while Thanos was fighting someone else, but Thanos reacted and pulled away before the Surfer could grab the gauntlet.

@mysticmedivh: That's the point. The only way Flash can win here is if Thanos jobs and lets him take the gauntlet. I completely agree with you. I mean he has the Time Gem and the Reality Gem which would negate anything the Flash could do anyways.
