The Pre Retconn Beyonders power is millions of times greater than the multiverse in Marvel.

I'm not knowledgeable on the Endless, but other than that they clear pretty safely.

GED had the power of the Beyonders who, with just a fraction of their power, took down the Living Tribunal. Tbh, this version of Doom is one of the few comic book characters who has legitimately quantifiable multiversal feats given that he saved the entire multiverse from incursions and recreated it.

HOTU Thanos would be a serious threat as well.
