Mxy and Batmite both have feats to back up being over HoTU even in Marvel and I forgot but Overmoniter owns all these on both sides with TOAA and the presence included.

All of pre52 Mxy is canon. He's a relaity jumper. There's only one of him, he wasn't affected by COIE and I'm 90% sure WF was referenced at some point. He's also referenced COIE after the fact, knows what's coming up in the future and as proof as he is a reality jumper he toured realities of superman and has stated that in every universe he's been to some version of batman and superman was present.

Oh and he's comic aware, can break the 4th wall and enter the writers world. Plus he can edit comics from wothin as I'm turn the pages and mess with speech bubbles.

The Presence is not allowed, Elaine is basically a female version of her gramps so she is out of here, Grant obviously is banned, and the Primal Monitor is not part of DC so it comes down to:

PC Mxy, a toon force character made to be powerful in a time when writers did not care for anything.

the Demiurge (later named Synnar). It took Lucifer, Michael, Gabriel, and all others to barely defeat him. Note: Gabriel was the one who made Michaels power into the concepts and such, and he was the one who defeated Lucifer in the great war so thats why i put him here. all others like the Primal Spectre force, the Word, Azrael....are fodder.

excluding those three mentioned above, there IS a team that can defeat them:

Michael, Lucifer, The Word, the Endless, and the Ultimator.

this will be a hell of a fight with the beings behind PR MM dying in a picosecond, and Michael and Lucifer will concentrate on Thanos while the rest will battle the PR duo.
