But thats because its a movie. The script was written that way for The Terminator aka Arnold Scwartzenegger to win. That wont happen in a real fight between the two terminators.

Exactly that. I was curious how much a Terminator can lift up. Others on other sites weren't able to give much info.

You got it the other way around man. If Hollywood made a movie starring Arnold Scharzenegger as the Terminator and he was fighting Superman for some reason, I'm almost certain it will be written to have Arnold winning. And if the Superman Arnold is fighting is the stupid Tom Welling Superman, I could easily see them making Arnold win. That guy couldn't even walk down the street without accidently stumbling into Kryponite.

T-800 can probably lift tons. Probably strong enough to pick up a semi truck and throw it.
T-1000 not to sure, I'm gonna say the T-800 and the T-X are stronger due to their armors.
T-X probably has strength similar to the T-800's. Her armors more durable, but since T-800's have more hydrolics on their bodys i'll probably have to say thats what makes them about as strong. Armor wise, not as strong as the T-X.
However, Due to Endoskeleton armor, the T-800 and the T-X will never have the insane regenerating abilities as the T-1000 has.
Based upon feats of strength demonstrated by a T-800 in the movies, their strength is functional by the charge left in their hydrogen fuel cells.
Assuming that all servos and hydraulics are undamaged and we have a fully functional unit, I would say a leg press of about 20 tons would approach the design limit of the legs.
A "single arm bicep curl" would be about 1000 lbs. Two arm curl would be 3000 lbs, due to additional servos being involved in the movement. Crush strength in the hands would about 500ft. lbs. of torque. Impact force of a full strength punch would be about 10,000 lbs psi, equivalent to a heavy drop forge in a steel mill, which could badly dent a vault door made of 1" thick homogenized steel.

Now, the T-800 has shown to be the physically weakest Terminator in the films. On terminator genysis, pops was 45 years old by 2017, when he kept the bus from falling off the bridge
The bus he holds is a Type D School bus, which weighs anywhere from 25-36,000 lbs, or 12-18 tons. All the other models must be above this level of strength.
