Rules:

• Duo has 1 hour prep time, Everyone has prior knowledge
• Morals on, everyone is in character unless otherwise specified
• Standard gear and equipment, Iron Man's suit is the one he used in "Civil War" (No Hulkbuster), Terminator and Robocop have there standard equipment
• Duo have perfect teamwork
• Terminator and Robocop are Movie/live action and Comic versions (Optional: You can give an answer for specific versions)
• Iron Man is composite MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe)
• Starting distance is 20 ft apart
• Tony is not allowed to call his other suits
• Win by Death, KO, TKO, BFR or Incapitation
• Iron Man's suit is charged up to it's maximum 100% capacity, Also suit is fully functional (aka, no prior damage)

Bonus Round:

MCU Hulkbuster vs Terminator and Robocop, Same rules apply, Duo is bloodlusted, IM has no repair station

Iron Man takes this with one arm behind his back. They can't even hurt him.

@Pokeysteve: The duo have AI and scanners capable of locating for any specific weaknesses in there opponents what's stopping them from finding a weakness let's say in his arc reactor, also if Cap and Bucky where able to damage him then the duo should be just as capable.

@tensor: Yet Cap who is inferior to Robocop was able to damage and stalemate IM sure, You make it out like IM is immune to damage and really he isn't plus his arc reactor leaves for a major Weak spot that can be easily exploited yeah superior tech I think not, Also Robocop can fly just for the record and has no sold building level explosions IM's repulsor's won't do anything to him.

@chronicplane: Iron man can take them out in numerous ways, such as using lasers or his tank busting missiles.

Movie versions Tony stands there and mocks them as they try and fail to hurt him.

Movie Tony and comics Terminator and Robocop with full gear and they might, might take a few rounds but never a majority.

@thunderprince: Robocop has no sold tank level explosions before so those would have little effect on them, same for laser blast. And I don't think it would be in character for Tony to spam rockets in an enclosed environment with people around plus the terminator is covered with skin appearing to be a human (aka, arnold schwarzenegger) as such I think it's not in character (Morals on) for tony to fire missiles at an enemy that appears to be human.

Both Robocop and Terminator process enough firepower to hurt IM and there AI is sure to find a weak spot in his suit which they can exploit.

@chronicplane: While that is true Tony will figure out that they are superhuman pretty quick and he will attack accordingly. Tony has no problems with killing his opponents.

@chronicplane: First off dude, why did you even post this if you argued only for robocop and terminator. Secondly tony's armor is as strong if not stronger than the teminator since they are both titanium. Not just that but tony took a tank blast head on and then blew it up like it was nothing at all, and i'm pretty sure a tank blast hitting a terminator would blow them to hell. Robo cop is strong i'll give you that but he isn't able to fly as fast as tony (yes he can fly too he has a jet pack) and he was confirmed to be weaker than the ED 209 that was gonna kill him, the only reason he lived was he made it fall down the stairs and i'm pretty sure that it only used bullets and not high powered mini missles. Not just that but the reason cap was able to bring it to a stand still is that he had his sheild and was a better fighter than tony (even though tony was able to let his suit scan and predect his attacks so he let it take over) not just that but tony wasn't trying to hurt or kill them like he would a robot and a cyborg trying to take him down, cause if he was he could have just grabbed caps sheild ripped it away and flown him into space to die. Tony's armour is not only stronger (and yes the arc reactor is on display but its also well protected or else hel would have died to the tank that sot him). his weaponry is better, he is smarter than them both combined along with having an AI to help him or find a way into their systems somehow. In the end tony wins all across the board and i'm sorry buddy but neither of the robo dou beat him, also you may want o edit it so it says no bringing in other armours or robots to help because he could summon an army possibly.

Tony's suit has AI and Scanners too plus he has superior firepower. He also has flight. How do they deal with him while he's hovering 20ft in the air blasting at them?

Cap and Bucky were able to damage him with the plot shield.

With just 1 hour of prep time they won't get anything to hurt IM, I doubt they could find something to do so, since he is still faster than either of them plus he has a big mobility advantage and greater firepower. I honestly can't see the duo taking this.

You think they can beat Mark 85 that is nano tech and rebuilds when damaged? It was so hard for Thanos it won't be a win for those bots+ he doesn't have a teammate. If war machine comes it will be even faster win

IM mark 3 Tony laughs in anti-tank missiles. Only reason duo even stand a chance because the CW suit is filled with anti-feats.

Civil War suit? Terminator can solo with T-3 feats. He was strong enough to one arm bench a 100+ ton blast door, while Tony was getting his suit crushed by Bucky who's not even half that strong. Not too familiar with Robocop, but he's probably about equal to Terminator based off scaling.

Any other suit and it's a wash though

Does the Cobra Assault Cannon count as standard gear for Robocop? He used it twice in both his first two movies and those explosive rounds should damage IM. Yes, he can fly, but Terminators and Robocop have killer aim and can easily concentrate fire on his rocket boot. Captain America did it with a shield hit, so these two can definitely do that.

Also, the team with an hour of prep can weaken parts of the environment that IM may go to such as falling debris, etc and basically set a trap. I think the team can squeeze out a win if they have some of their heavier weaponry. If written properly, Robocop and the Terminator don't miss many shots and are durable enough to hang. Worse case scenario, the T800 uses his fuel cell and valorizes IM while Robocop takes cover.
