I really love two universes. But being honest, i think Teresa is one of those characters that could cut off your head in less than the blink of an eye, and you wouldn't even realize it. She doesn't need to prepare or power up to do this, she's has a cold personality like byakuya and that's what makes her so dangerous.

She could easily cut every molecule of arturia even before she thought about avalon. 

And with aquiles, as i said: teresa's fast enough to turn an awakened into dust, so i would go with her in all cases
