Yun, but Tenzin puts up a fight.

I get the impression that Yun is one of the 3 to 5ish most powerful non-Avatar benders in the verse, and while Tenzin is good, he's not quite that good. He'll put up some resistance, but Yun just has too much raw power and skill.
