The main problem is Shadow King. Neither Jean nor Betsy can defeat him, and while Storm's mental defenses make her impervious to him (he won't have the advantage of a surprise attack meaning her defenses with be on high alert), she really can't take him out of the equation.
So, Storm and Shadow King are the two biggest guns on the field. Storm has the greatest physical power, but Shadow King has the greatest mental power with no real physical vulnerabilities.
The best way for this fight to happen would be for Colossunaut to take on Poccy. (He won't win, but he could keep Nur busy until help arrives.)
Meanwhile, Storm takes on Nova and Magneto together since Nova has no real way to hurt Ororo while her mental defenses are up. Storm, on the other hand, has far more power than either Nova or Magneto and she can overwhelm them through sheer force unless she opts for an internal attack to take them down instantly (she can also take down Poccy instantly along with these two if she wanted, but I'm leaving out hax powers to make this an interesting fight).
Finally, Jean an Besty team-up against Shadow King on the Astral Plane. The king subdues them, followed by taking Jean as his host. He then mind-controls Betsy to wield not only his power, but also Jean's and Betsy's added to his own. He uses his psi-powers to revive his fallen teammates, so now it's everyone against Storm and Peter.
