well i dunno what the hell spidey and wolverine can do, maybe make a distraction, it would basically come down to storm ironman, and hulk invisible girl could provide a buble for a bit while storm zaps them but doom is imune to that, and transformers are so highly advanced they would resist lightning just like a jet plane can, so id say it would come down to tony and hulk, they might take down a few transformers but noway would they take on megatron and doom with all of them together, unless it was like war hulk or destroyer armour iron man, need to make this abit more fair
