Doc Strange would encounter Superman (who is vulnerable to magic/BFR him to another dimension) and Sentry (who is vulnerable to mind attacks/mindwipe). He is fast enough to react to Silver Surfer (who is doubtlessly faster in combat than Cap and Superman) so it is safe to assume that he can react to a speed blitz. "

Doc Strange would be taken out by Captain Marvel before he could do anything... Strange for the most part is a human using Great Levels of Magic... therefore his reaction time is that of mainly a normal human... Strange being able to react to Silver Surfer is simply PIS based on the reality of how fast the Surfer moves compared to Strange reaction time...  "
