Why is it not consistent?
Well, for starters, none of these feats are his. All he has is scaling. There is no such thing as a consistent scaling lol. Perhaps the only way Yoda could hope to "consistently scale" in some way to any feat would be if he would fight multiple characters who directly performed feats on this scale. But that obviously never happened either. Yoda never fought any characters on the level of Nihilus, the best he's fought is ROTS Sidious, who has no feats on that level either.

Dozen feats...? Okay can you give a list with references or something like that? And also point out how can you scale them to Yoda? I really can't see any of that, consistent or not.

He is just draining life of fodder though. That doesn't translate into AP directly, it's clearly hax.
As well as move his mountain sized ship at FTL space through galaxy with his TK, damage ship took was such that it should had fallen to pieces/ not even exist long time ago, much less being able to fly at FTL speeds:
Holding a ship, even a very large one from falling apart is maybe a mountain level feat. It's not particularly impressive. And pushing any object through space, where there is no friction or loss of energy, is also not very impressive. Not when we're talking about the liked of Tatsumaki anyway.
