Taskmaster vs Tombstone

Taskmaster's Weapons: 
- Sword  
- Shield  
- Sledgehammer  
- Bow and Arrow. 
- Projectile weapons (Shot gun, knives)
 
Tombstone's weapon 
- Sledgehammer. 
 
The fight takes place inside of a School Gymnasium. 
Death or K.O. for the win. 
Morals are off. 
Both start 24 ft. away. 
Classic versions. 
No prep. 
Lets say......both know nothing about each other.
 
 

The One that masters tasks

LOL @ sledgehammer.  Tombstone's durability should be able to take a hit with a sledgehammer, despite that issue of DAREDEVIL claiming otherwise.  I imagine Taskmaster is going to eventually lose unless he goes for the eyes.

Actually, since this is Morals Off Taskmaster, I think he could pull that off.

With Adamantium knives taskmaster wins hands down imo.

OP has just removed Adamantium Knives, so I think Taskmaster still has a chance, but Tombstone would eventually win if Taskmaster doesn't aim for eye shots.

Taskmaster, Tombstone likes to let enemies know he has bullet proof skin.

Taskmaster bank shots his shield off of the ceiling to distract Tombstone who then looks back down in time for a hand thrown shotgun bullet to the eye and then simultaneously gets either a mouthful of shotgun blast or a sword through the mouth or both at the same time when he opens his mouth to scream in pain.
