i will say taskmaster. Not only is he a better all around fighter, both h2h and weapons, but has superior physical attributes as well.

Damn this is a good fight. The fan-boy in me wants to say Taskmaster but honestly I think this could go either way as long as Shadow Storm can't use that TK trick.

Tommy by a landslide. An initial encounter with no prep would be more than enough to secure a clean victory for Storm Shadow especially given Taskmaster has no idea Tommy is able to use powerful mind tricks. Aside from the fact that Shadow possesses supernatural ninja fighting skills. Tommy won't let this fight go on for too long. He likes to end things fast. Tony would be overwhelmed
