Understandable. When there aren't specifics (in this case, about the weaponry), I go by the characters standard gear.
So this is basically old school Tony with Udon Tasky's generator. Wish I knew the location for this fight. Still I side with Taskmaster due to the overwhelming skill margin plus he's seen Lizard in action so he'll already know what to watch out for and how to evade him. Lizard takes a bullet through the eye and an arrow through the other.
