Arrow would beat MCU, and Green Arrow could even beat 616 depending on how he’s written. His photographic skills and rip-off gear doesn’t make him immune to a clever combination of trick arrows.

Comic Green Arrow can beat comic Taskmaster. I’m pretty sure Queen has killed guys like Prometheus and Onomatopoeia.

Taskmaster is a known jobber and has lost against Green Arrow tier characters.
