Round 2- Standard gear.

Round 3- Combatants have their suit but no gear. They fight hand to hand. Cassandra Cain replaces Barbara Gordon.

Tony & Matt stomp.

Tony solos, Matt also could (arguably).

If it's N52 Batman, either Tony or Matt outskill him by a large margin. Babs is fodder, either way.

New 52/Rebirth Cassandra Cain isn't as good as her PC counterpart and Batman doesn't stack up to Tony. They'd lose 9/10 to Matt and Tony
