Sword of Nunoboko vs Bajrang Gun
@therealsj: Attack vs Attack
A basic TSO would stop this attack.
@eazy_pezy: TSO doesn't require equalization.
@eazy_pezy: It erases on a level equal to Ohnoki. It doesn't matter if it's Ninjutsu; Luffy would get atomized. This is why Gai needed Minato and Kakashi despite not using any Ninjutsu.
@eazy_pezy: It doesn't need to be.
@eazy_pezy: Yeah, it doesn't matter; TSO can erase energy and has, plus Luffy coats himself in Haki, so he still has to touch the TSO.
@eazy_pezy: Haki is spiritual energy, and TSO can erase souls. I don't see your argument as strong whatsoever.
Haki is spiritual energy,
Yes as in it is an immaterial energy.
TSO can erase souls.
Souls in Naruto are composed of Chakra I'm pretty sure.
I don't see your argument as strong whatsoever.
Likewise. You are still yet to prove how something that nullifies ninjutsu and dismantles matter affects something that is neither.
Souls in Naruto are composed of Chakra I'm pretty sure.
Chakra comes from the soul. Chakra is also immaterial spiritual energy. And unlike your stance, I have showings to prove it can erase intangible spiritual energy.

None of which are Haki. If you don't have anything more to offer I'll be discontinuing this if you can't understand that without equalization, TSO cannot nullify or destroy Haki because it is not Ninjutsu or matter respectively.
@eazy_pezy: Your stance was Haki is intangible spiritual energy; that stance is crushed by several feats in Naruto of TSO erasing formless spiritual energy. I don't need to offer anything else. You have no structure; there's nothing to suggest Haki would fair any better than Chakra.
Calling haki spiritual energy when it was never stated as such
The word "haki" literally translate as ambition
Haki itself is the manifestation of willpower,If you actually read the manga you would know this much ..just simply having strong willpower makes your haki stronger.
OT:
TSO does absolutely nothing to luffy while claded in haki in fact he turns it into rubber if he feels like it...transmutating lightning (sub atomic particles) >>>tso
And please explain to me how even if SoN somehow has higher potency what exactly is it going to do to an island sized fist lmao..that would be like a very small needle piercing luffys hand (which won't even make him flinch) the punch won't loose momentum and would still reach juubito and send his corps packing.
@yray: It was called spiritual energy several times.
@eazy_pezy: Your stance was Haki is intangible spiritual energy
My stance was that One Piece energy=/=Naruto energy therefore the thing that affects Naruto energy can't affect the One Piece energy because they are not the same thing.
@eazy_pezy: This can be used against you in the long run, and I wouldn't recommend taking that route. Regardless, you haven't given any actual reasoning as to why Haki would fair better than Chakra.
This can be used against you in the long run, and I wouldn't recommend taking that route.
I've used the exact same logic you're using for other arguments but it was met with opposition from my very premise here.
Regardless, you haven't given any actual reasoning as to why Haki would fair better than Chakra.
There is nothing to fair against really, TSO just doesn't work on anything that isn't Ninjutsu, matter or as you just brought up soul.
1.)For example, Doffy vs. Hashirama has been considered close, and part of that was due to transmutation. Using your logic, you can forget about any DF awakening working on chakra-based constructs.
2.) This is an assumption, not a fact, and until I see legitimate reasoning, I'm not inclined to accept it.
No it was not
Haki was just stated to be a power which makes its explanation obscure
It was only stated that with it you can SENSE spiritual energy
It is stated to be the embodiment of the users spirit (spirit in this context means ambition/willpower )
Going as far as to call it spirit I.e the users soul(lifeforce) is completely false
1 luffy has completely depleted his haki multiple times before and if you're calling it his spirit/soul (life-force) that would have killed him
^this right here is one big difference between haki and chakra more than enough reason why they're not remotely thesame because a chakra user depleting his chakra means death
2. Haki has failed to interact with souls (bigmoms homies ) luffys fist imbued with haki couldn't interact or damage a soul and we know from how the verse mechanics works soul attacks affects souls that's why brook (a df user with soul related abilities ) is the only op character shown to be able to physically interact and damage bigmoms soul homies.
For example, Doffy vs. Hashirama has been considered close, and part of that was due to transmutation. Using your logic, you can forget about any DF awakening working on chakra-based constructs.
Likewise, Hashirama can't damage DF awakening constructs. Fair play honestly but my reasoning doesn't affect how physical objects interact with each other.
This is an assumption, not a fact, and until I see legitimate reasoning, I'm not inclined to accept it.
Then don't accept it.
@yray: It was stated several times.
