Doomday or possibly stalemate. I think Surtur's sword probably could kill Doomsday but he simply isn't hitting Doomsday. Hulk knocked Surtur back, Doomsday knocks him on his ass and just smashes his face in, Surtur is way too slow to ever get a decent hit on Doomsday. I'm not sure Doomsday can put Surtur down, but I know Surtur can't put Doomsday down.
Without asgard's core, what is surtur supposed to do seeing as his own flames can't hurt doomy? Comparing his sword to Diana's is pretty stupid, one of them is metal able to cut through a nuke proof being, the other is a flaming stone trying to do what exactly to a being that can tank 50 million degrees?
