Superman pre-new earth-52 (4-5-6-7-8 years ago). Fully charged by solar energy.

Narutoverse and Bleachverse combined.

All characters are mortals and can be killed. And Superman can see all of the characters from both universes (yes, here he can see Shinigami).

I personally think Superman stomps due to his speed, strength (planetary level), durability and various deadly abilities.

But hey, lets see what others can say about it.
