While Magic is one of Superman's weaknesses I don't believe there are any spells in harry potter that can track him and if they could he could probably evade them. Maybe if Voldemort and Dumbledore teamed up (I know it's unlikely but as Splinter of the ninja turtles once said "sometimes one must make a pact with evil in order to accomplish good") they could win but Neville longbottom loses easily. Supes has a chance but together with their combined all the wizards, witches, and warlocks(Are There warlocks?) would win.

superman wins. harry potter universe magic is very weak  compared to marvel or DC. not mention spells like the killing curse can be seen and dodge by regular humans.

Against the entire wizard world? both good and Evil? If Clark gets hit with one bad spell it hurts him as much as any human, and with thousands of wizards going after him he'll get hit eventually :S His only hope is to pick them off one-by-one, but that's not his style, it's Batman's :P.

Even with Prep- why? Because at he age of eleven all wizards go to wizarding schools and stop their 'muggle' education, including basic chemistry. While it is similar to potions class- the ingredients are entirely different. In other words they would be lucky to have even herd of Kryptonite/Krypton let alone its significance. On top of that Superman is only affected by kryptonite from his dimension (as show in Infinite Crisis)- not Harry's. Kryptonite=non-factor

So with no Kryptonite in effect, Superman can easily use super-speed to rush anybody before they have a chance to grab their wand, let alone cast a spell.

As for invisibility I'm not sure if Superman's X-ray vision can be fooled by it... does any one have and thoughts on that?

Even so, he still has his super-hearing to listen for them and enhanced smell, to know where they are.

@pope052: Seriously? How would they even hit him with it? I don't know much about the different versions of superman, but doesn't he fly at mach 5 at the very least, and have less than nanosecond reactions, as well as world pulling strength?

The only superman who might lose to harrypotter verse is Golden Age superman. Might being the key word.

Since the Avada Kedavra spell is magic, Supermans bioelectrical aura wouldn't do anything against it, thus if a wizard manages to hit him with one, he would drop dead
