If they have kryptonite so they will maybe be able to defeat superman and than spicy will kill batman in no time so think:

All gear? Justice Buster stomps. With frictionless coating able to target speedsters, batman will tag spidey with friction less coating and leave him disabled with the hesphateus veil.
