Teams are Marvel and DC mixed.Teams have 15 members including Thor and Superman.

Thor's team: Wolverine,The Flash, Batman, Doomsday, Spider-Man, Captain America, Dr Doom, Green Lantern, Juggernaut, Green Arrow, The Thing, Martian Manhunter, Aquaman.

Superman's team: Hawkeye, Colossus, Wonder Woman, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man, Hawkman, Deathstroke, Captain Marvel(DC), Lex Luthor(Battle suit), Loki, Human Torch, Lobo, Venom, Black Panther.

Batman, Spider-Man, Dr Doom, Green Arrow,Hawkeye, Iron Man, Deathstroke, Lex Luthor have 1 day prep.They don't know who they are fighting.They are just preparing for a fight

No Kryptonite or any other weakness used.Opponents have to be defeated by KO or Death.

Thor practices his magic and skills for 12 hours.

Superman charges beside the sun for 5 minutes.(Not inside).

No individual fights.Two teams charge into each other.

Who will be reign victorious?

Thor's team has Batman so automatic win to them.

But seriously, I think Thor's team has this, due to Wolverine, The Flash, Doomsday, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, Aquaman and Thor himself who are all insanely powerful, as well as the cunning minds of Doom and Batman.

I think Supes team is lacking slightly in comparison, with the exception of the Hulk, WW , 'Shazam' and himself.

Thor has doom and bats. Plus several metric tons of muscle
