You’d think Prime but his offense is lackluster. He really did need to fly through the Earth several times just to bust it. Meanwhile Jiren is sitting pretty at God of Destruction level. I honestly don’t know but leaning towards Jiren

If he hasn't got Crisis Energies amp he clearly does lose all things considered, though Jiren being "multiversal" is laughable to any reasonable individual who isn't blinded by scaling chains.

When Prime was amped up on Crisis Energies during the Death Metal arc stuff. Crisis Energy is what causes reality to reset and change, it's a fundamental force that explains away why Prime was able to do his more out-there feats. At his best he was performing much better than his standard.
