Why are Monarch and Gorr above Odín?

Out of order, trigion is above dormammu, gorr and monarch should be below odin

He stops at 5 regardless

What would be the correct order?

With this order, he'd likely stop mega hard on Monarch.

@diarrhearegatta: Okay, I'm not too experienced on Gorr, but isn't he above Old King Thor, who is above Odin by scaling? Not gonna get into Monarch though...

Old King Thor is mostly overhyped due to him defeating a old, starving, and highly weakened Galactus. People scale him above normal Galactus for no reason due to this feat.

Gorr is decent and I'm not a expert on him by any means, but I haven't anything from him that puts him above Odin.
