if so he wins the first battle & at least a stale mate for the 2nd & 3rd or a very close call for the team.

I doubt the team can win. Unlike Galactus and the Beyonder, Superman is not a strategic dunce. He could use whatever cosmic awareness he has to sense their plans from lightyears away...

Supes everytime, at this point in time he's extremely smart and I'm sure he's got axcess to a greater amount of tech, weapons and gadgets.
