Kal-L regenerates rather quickly after that punch and laughs it off... Superboy and Superman were having a lot of trouble with Kal-L... I'm gonna have to go with BL Supe's on this one... until the next Blackest Night Superman issue comes out and proves otherwise.
Does Kal-L retain his PC Superman strength as a Black Lantern? I don't see why not. On paper I think we gotta give this one to Kal-L. I mean he is currently taking on Kal-El and Kon-El pretty well so far...

Of course we don't even know how to stop a Black Lantern so He should take it.
No point in bumping this, the Infinite Crisis version of Kal L was already slightly above Kal El (due to the plot), the Black Lantern version just stomps. This is honestly a spite thread and should be locked.
