When these two versions of Superman do battle, which one will prevail?

Fight takes place in Metropolis. Starting distance is 50 feet. No bystanders

I hate when people say the whole "Siperman wins" or "insert character wins" when people are trying to have a debate about versions. Such a drag to scroll through the nonsense to see the real debaters debate points.

I like to see what Blue best feats are.

IIRC Superman Blue didn't have super strength (but he was still able to punch hard) but was able to redirect the energy of someones punch and send it back at them. I could be wrong about him not having super strength though.

I'm not particularly knowledgeable on him, but I've seen him do some cool stuff, I'll see if I can pull anything together

I remember as a kid when Blue first came out, but then it seem to just never been talked about again lol.
