What is flash going to do to Silver Surfer? He has intangibility, so bye bye speed steal, and any physical attacks. I admit Flash is faster than Silver Surfer, but come on he has way more abilities. Along with TP, matter and molecular manipulation, energy projection, black hole creations, he has some control over human emotions. I'm pretty sure Wally is human. SS has incredible durability, known for surviving supernovas and going through stars and relaxing inside of black holes. He has the Power Cosmic, allowing him to increase to high levels of strength, durability, and agility to unknown levels. He has cosmic blasts powerful enough to destroy planets. He also has cosmic awareness, and can use energy projection to make really powerful shields to prevent speed blitzing.

And Superman is a non factor, SS can give him red sun and kryptonite radiation or solar energy draining.

I believe Surfer can win because he has way stronger abilities than Flash. Can't SS just put a black hole inside of Flash's body if he's bloodlusted? Didn't he do that to Air Walker?

Superman is a non-factor since he can be instantly taken out via Solar drain, kryptonite or red sun (I'm sure there's more but meh)

SS could, create shields, become intangible, TP, and alter emotions at almost the same time flash moves even if the flash does land a a few hits do you really think SS is that physically weak?

Surfer can't do anything at the same time Flash moves. This would imply that Surfer reacts even slightly as fast as Flash and that is not true.

I fail to see how supes and wally lose to Mr. Radd. I feel these 2 will be too much for Noran Radd.
