First, is any from the first team (Superman mostly) even able to tag and take down Wally right away, or react in a meaningful way to his fastest attacks?
Also, considering that a grown up and bloodlusted Jon from the future (Superman son, arguably at least as fast and strong as his father and posing as Superboy) couldn't even touched Raven even when he was at just an arm lenght distance in front of her, I doubt Superman (and even more Aquaman) can tag her either.
She can arguably solo them as well, with either telepathy/empathy, her soul self, taking their souls or simply bfr, teleporting them to some unknown dimension (something which she seem to do more liberaly in rebirth).
I don't know much about Jessica but I suppose she can keep at least Aquaman busy for a while.
All in all I say the second team win this
