Here, on Comicvine, it means EVERYTHING, imo.

Kara may be somewhat faster, but Thor has too much on her otherwise to lose here very often. I'd say Thor Odinson wins the majority, 8+/10.

Her only real shot is he underestimates her, and she speed blitzes him to a quick KO.

Thor for a 8-9/10 majority. Thor has taken down so many well above kara. He also has far too many ways to beat kara while kara only has a chance with one. Diana beat Supergirl easily, Thor should replicate that feat at least with moderate difficulty. I mean. I sure don't see kara putting down silver surfer like Thor has on many occasions. Kara doesn't have the feats like Thor does either nor the experience, strength, or durability on the level of Thor. Though she is strong and. Durable it's not the same tier. Let's not forget the mjolnir hax, storm of a thousand world's, god blast BFR which Thor is a master. Better striking etc. Her speed will allow her to last longer then she should but she will go down in the end.

@johanliebert123: Thor is not slow, but he isn't a speedster either. He can still tag guys like Quicksilver(eventually), who are pretty fast. He is MFTL only with his travel speed, not during fights.
