Supergirl.   Last I read of her she was rivaling Supes for power level.

Supergirl wins if she moves fast enough and takes his ring like Dark Supergirl did here.

I'm going to say John Stewart.

Supergirl would win, bloodlusted or not. She's just way too powerful for him to be able to stop her.

Unless of course he uses her power against her. Like covering her eyes when she uses heat vision, or cutting off her oxygen.

John should win if he keeps his guard up
