Well we don't know Goku's powerlevel when he was training on king kai planet when Beerus arrived. I guess he probably received a zenkei after Buu's defeat and since he started again to train (before Beerus came) his power level should have increase.
If is PL increased, then he should win with a hard fight, since he was giving Janemba some troubles (not counting dimension and sword powers). I think it could go 6/10 for Goku.
Nothing suggests to me that Goku have gotten significantly stronger ever since the death of Kid Buu. He didn't obtain any new transformation, and his training was nothing new. If anything, his increase in power is minimal.
This will be the same outcome when he fought jenamba in that form last time but janemba will have more trouble since we can assume Goku got a little bit stronger after the Buu saga but still not enough to beat jenamba on his own.
There is no relation between the Fusion Reborn and Super, so there is no way to know how powerful Goku was. For now, we can only go off what we know of Super and say that Goku would have the same amount of difficulties as he had with Janemba. Even then, Janemba was getting the best of him after their initial fight. This match, however, isn't at all different; Janemba should theoretically win based on his feats, 9/10.
To be fair Goku was going fine until Janemba use his sword. But yeah I read your messages and you all seems to think Goku hasn't really improve since Buu'a fight, so yeah Janemba should win
