Hatchiyack wins.
The difference in power between SSJ1 Gotenks and Super Buu is MUCH smaller than the difference in power between SSJ1 Gohan and Hatchiyack.
Guess what, even when Gotenks became SSJ3, he STILL couldn't beat Super Buu, even though he almost killed Buu as a SSJ1 (canon), meaning their power difference was not INCREDIBLY vast.
On the other hand, Hatchiyack was much, much, MUCH more powerful than SSJ1 Gohan. If SSJ3 Gotenks couldn't beat an opponent he could decently match as a SSJ1, then SSJ2 Gohan will be demolished by Hatchiyack, an opponent that was much stronger compared to SSJ1 Gohan.
Before anyone even mentions Cell vs Gohan SSJ1, that means nothing because Gohan never tried to kill Cell. A bloodlusted SSJ1 Gohan would have made Cell go "ouch" on multiple occasions, meaning their power difference was not that enormous. Remember, Gohan didn't only become SSJ2, but he also became bloodlusted, compared to when he was only SSJ1.
SSJ2 only has a 2x multiplier from SSJ1, and it has canonically always been worthless as a transformation against EVERY SINGLE opponent with the exception of Cell, and like I just said, we didn't really see Gohan's best as a SSJ1 against Cell.
