Luffy loses horribly, extremely bad matchup for him.

Gremmy lost in a battle of wills and flexing. He ain't got a chance with someone who has indomitable will and never gives up. There isn't a situation he can put Luffy in that would make Luffy lose heart and each situation Luffy conquers will chips away at Gremmy's confidence.
