I want to say that he seemingly will hit something of a barrier at Tatsumaki, but perhaps i'm underselling Silver fang and Atomic S by saying so. I don't think FF is an issue. He struggled too much with that monster he fought at his appearance in terms of dmg output. IIRC he should be strong and fast enough to both tangle with and rip apart anyone else here
The strongest S class heroes list should be like this imo:
1- Blast 2- Tatsumaki 3- Genos w/ Blue Dragon mode 4- Atomic Samurai w/ SunBlade 5- SilverFang 6- Atomic Samurai w/o SunBlade 7- Metal Knight 8- Flashy Flash 9- Darkshine 10- Drive Knight 11- Watchdog Man 12- Zombieman 13- Metal Bat 14- Pig God 15- Puri Puri Prisoner 16- Tanktop Master
So, I think he can take characters like DK, WDM, Zombieman and below these characters without trouble. Maybe he could take Darkshine and Flashy Flash too but I'm not sure. But he can't take 7 and above imo.
He's a total jobber and has very few feats. So it's hard to say actually...
Probably stops at Darkshine, who he would probably demoralize enough to beat after contending with him physically. Could maybe see Silverfang winning if he can pull off Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist on him enough. I guess he could beat Zombieman via BFRing him into space or something. If Metal Knight gets access to his full arsenal then he'd probably have enough firepower to beat the Immortal. I could see Blue Dragon Warrior Mode Genos or Sun Blade Atomic Samurai getting lucky hits but it requires them to make those hits. Drive Knight and Child Emperor would only probably stand chances if they got the opportunity to collect no knowledge, but this is a no knowledge battle so I doubt they'll pull it off but Drive Knight probably fairs better in a random encounter though still loses. Tatsumaki and Blast shouldn't have much trouble with him at all. Flashy Flash is probably faster than him, but I don't know if his sword or his striking has what it takes to win. King solos the verse obv

pretty much this my take as well, even though not rlly familiar with the comics version and its buff rates

. 1st row the immortal casually throwing a 155lbs man into orbit
. 2nd row the immortal one shots a villains titanium armor
. 3rd row shows immortal leveling the UN building, drawing blood from Omni man & causing a large shockwave with invincible

yeah I'd stick to the former then which is:
He'd beat anyone but Blast, Tats, Genos, FF, AS, and Bang. Metal Knight has no real showings.
