Within the MCU? Or within Marvel comics in general. Comic books tend to be more powerful than movie characters, so I really can't tell. Thor can beat anyone in the introduced in MCU so far, with the exception of Dormammu.

@noah_ouellette: MCU Thanos was really inconsistent and destroying a moon does not mean he has moon level durability. Mcu Thor also doesn’t have any durability feats to suggest he can take a hit from Unworthy Thor

@noah_ouellette: There is no way in hell that MCU Thor lasts more than a few seconds against unworthy 616 Thor. I don't even know where to start: First: Unworthy Thor is physically still in every way equal to worthy Thor and 616 Thor has durability feats so faaaaar beyond moon level, it's ridicolous. Second: Saying that MCU Thor is moon level is still pretty far fetched. He might be, but right now it's still very hard to tell because of the MCU Infinity Gauntlet's/Stones' inconsistency powerwise. It is a possibility IMO, mainly because Feige said we might see Captain Marvel fly through a sun or punch away a moon, but right now there is no way to say MCU Thor is moon-level for sure. Third: How does MCU Thor surviving a concentrated blast from a neutron star in anyway suggest that he could survive even one hit from Jarnbjorn, a weapon that can cut off Gorr's arm and trade blows with Mjolnir and Ultimate Mjolnir?

OT: Probably some version of Iron Man but that's just a wild guess.

I say Nova pre Annihilation. So just his regular suit where he could fly pretty fast and was a 50 tonner. That's if Richard underestimates him. Although Thor has shown he's got fairly high energy durablititly and that's why I give it to Thor but not every fight maybe 6-7 out of 10. Basically eventually Thor is gonna hit him and Stormbreaker would really mess him up.

I would say Cull Obsidian, Toxin or Ares.
