Speed might end up being a big point in this debate so I will chronologically note every relevant speed feat in the Kimetsu verse. Starting form the top, Kimetsu characters were showing FTE feats very early on. Like when Giyuu was able to grab Nezuko from under Tanjirou before the latter even realized she was gone.
To move on Tanjirou after receiving his training and become a demon slayer himself, Tanjirou got a pretty decent skill and speed boost. One of his early feats is reacting to and slicing up several metals balls that were being thrown at high enough speeds to destroy a house and were changing trajectory mid air.
Tanjirou was later able to dodge 3 blades that move at the speed of sound. As you can see it clearly states that the ground was shredded in time with drums, and other translations infer the same. Tanjirou was also focused on Inosuke at this point so he couldn't have aim dodged it. This would be a super sonic feat for both Inosule and Tanjrou.Tanjirou was able to dodge these attacks when the drummer increased his drumming speed and increased the number of blades fired from 3 to 5. Number doesn't make too much of a difference but it does show he posses speeds above the speed of sound just to start.
With that said as fast as these two were are the time neither of them were anywhere near Giyuu's speed at the time. Giyuu was blitzing demons that were too far for even Inosuke. Easily rescuing the young swordsman. He then instantly tied him up. He did at a speed which Inosuke didn't even realize what happened until after the fact. For Giyuu to be able to tie someone with super sonic reactions so quickly puts him easily at super sonic speeds.
Now Inosuke is injured here so it does affect his speed however it is consistently established that the trio is simply not on the level of Hashira at this point. Or even at the level of Hashira successors like Kanao. Both Inosuke and Tanjiro struggled to tag Kanao at the start of the their training despite their already impressive speed. After their training though they were able to master total concentration breathing: Constant, drastically improving his physicals including speed. This was the first step in reaching Hashira level speed and the first big speed boost for the protagonists.
Before
After
As you can see there is pretty big improvement in speed after Tanjirou and the others manage to master that technique. Still however they were shown to be below the Hashira in speed. So much so that they couldn't even see their movements. Like when Akaza and Rengoku fought at speeds that were FTE to both Tanjirou and Inosuke post training. Still making it clear that there is a speed gap between those right at the top and the protags at this point in time.
There has been a bit of scaling for sometime now so I will get back to the more clear cut feats. Tanjiro has now reached a stage where he can create after image through speed and skill. He used it against an Upper moon but was unsuccessful as she was able to react back.
But that isn't a bad showing given how fast she can be. Upper Moon 6 consists of a brother and sister who are able to fight together. When her brother was in danger she was fast enough to protect him from the explosions caused by Uzui's bombs. She was bit far from him but was still able to wrap him up and protect him.
Her brother also shows explosion timing reactions. Uzui's two swords basically create a sword on impact so the explosion occurs only after the blades have hit. The brother was able to dodge these explosions repeatedly as he was fighting Uzui. If the explosions only occur after the swords hit something it would mean that the Upper Moon is able to avoid these explosions but still gets tagged by Uzui.
I'm going end it here. But as of right now, Current Tanjirou, Giyuu and Gyomei all scale above this. Through the amps they have gotten.
Strength
Now there also a decent amount strength feat shown through out the manga. One of the earliest ones is the boulder feat that Tanjirou accomplishes. In this instance Tanjirou is able to completely slice in half a boulder after completing his training. This is an extremely early feat but it shows they level of piercing he is capable of right from the start.
Moving on, another character with quite a few strength and durability feats is the Father spider demon. This demon was so durable that the Tanjiro who could perform the above and Inosuke who is comparable couldn't cut through him. This demon was strong enough to wield a tree and swing it around too.
The demon then transformed getting even bigger and tougher. This time around it was uprotting trees with its strikes and Inosukes attacks literally broke on impact. Inosuke was previously able to chop its arms off with the double blade strike despite its initial durablity. But he stood no chance against it in its new state.
Thankfully for Inosuke, Giyu arrives soon enough. Before tieing up as shown above Giyuu brings down the big monster. While Tanjirou struggled to cut through his initial form and Inosuke's swords breaking on impact against his second, Giyu manage to shred him apart like tofu.
Now as with speed the group got a huge strength boost when mastering constant total concentration. With strength we actually get a cool on panel showing of how much they have been boosted compared to before. Tanjirou was tasked with bursting a gourd with just his breath. After ten days of training Tanjirou was able to burst the biggest gourd with a single breath. These gourds were made out of special materials to make it especially hard but he pulled it off.
All the Hashira are capable of doing this, just for reference. On to more feats, we later have Rengoku another Hashira who would literally shake an entire train repeatedly with his movement. Thats another realm of strength than whats been displayed so far but it just goes to show how the Hashira are at different tier.
Now on to upper moon 6 again. She has these sashes that she can use to attack her opponent. These sashes have great piercing capabilities. She was able to slice apart a whole street with her sashes, tearing apart houses and severely injuring the people inside these houses. In response to this Tanjirou develops his mark, something all 3 people in my team possess. The mark is basically a huge boost in power and skill. It allowed Tanjrou to parry her sash attacks and even cut her sashes. Proving to have superior slashing power than her.
Skill
Now on to final section skill. Given the name Kung Fu Panda I can only assume your characters have a decent amount of skill so this may end up being a big part of the debate. For now I will just discuss breath of water which is the breath style that both Giyuu and Tanjirou were taught. It has 10 different forms + an 11th that Giyu later came up with on his own. Skill is going to be important because it further amps the striking capabilities of my team while give them more hax and range. The techniques are used primarily against demons so coming up against a team that doesn't possess regen is going to benefit them. Each technique has its use in different situations and they have actually displayed perfect teamwork of using attacks that compliment each other.
First Form: Water Surface Slash. Nothing too special, it a fairly simple but powerful strike generating quite a bit of momentum directed right at the neck.
Second Form: Water Wheel. As the name suggests the user spins around to create a circular slash of water with deadly power.
Third Form: Flowing Dance. A technique that basically mimics the surface of the water, the user is able to do a continuous strike.
Fourth Form: Striking Tide. Similar to the above technique its a series of slashes used consecutively to emulate a tide to slice up the opponent.
Fifth Form: Blessed Rain After the Drought. A painless strike that is only really used when the opponent offers up the chance to be beheaded.
Sixth Form: Whirlpool. Another rotation based technique, through spinning the user creates a whirlpool, a large spin to bring down the opponent.
Seventh Form: Drop Ripple Thrust Curve. This is just a thrusting technique. Said to be fastest of the water breath techniques.
Eighth Form: Waterfall Basin. An attack that basically fires out a blast of water
Ninth Form: Splashing Water Flow - Turbulent. This technique allows users more fluid movement, making it easier to dodge attacks and maneuver around with minimum contact with the ground
Tenth Form: Constant Flux. A technique mimicking the movement of a dragon, the user writhes around strikes repeatedly, with each strike being more powerful than the last.
Eleventh Form: Dead Calm. A defensive technique that basically stops any attack that enters within his range.
Strat
My team is bloodlusted so not much in terms of strat except going blitz and one shot. The two swordsman have adamantium weapons to stack on top of their already insane piercing capabilities. Your team is going to need to be able to keep up and avoid attacks from guys who are supersonic based of what I have shown so far, and tank attacks from strong piercing stength behind adamanitum swords. And thats not even taking into account Himejima yet.
