Everyone in the picture gets a spiked baseball bat except for Eleven, takes place in Pennywise's lair. Can they overcome their fear and defeat Pennywise or will they float too?
They're much smarter, they got the numbers, older; some are young adults, they have Eleven,
and most of all, they're not the wimpiest wimps.
they would probably figure out how to get rid of Pennywise after the first encounter once they get brainstorming.
Random encounter which means they have no clue who or what Pennywise is or what he is capable of. With his new feats from Chapter 2 he wrecks everyone. The losers had a harder time with Pennywise this time around even with knowledge from their first encounter 27 years before. IT wasn't messing around and they only won cause of Mike's research.
Pennywise will have all the kids under his illusions while he'll struggle with Eleven at first then resort to using his deadlights. Pennywise wins.
Pennywise was much more threatening in this movie than in the first. He definitely stands a bigger chance of winning. Eleven is actually rather easily manipulated emotionally.
The kids are still smarter, braver and more genre savvy than the Loser's Club which gives them an advantage. However I'm not sure if that'll be enough. I give the edge to the kids causing Pennywise to retreat or fall back into his 27 year slumber they have no way to actually kill him though.
Pennywise has trouble with the Losers because they had Shine. They were special and he wanted to not only savor their fears, but his powers didn't quite work on them. He murdered other adults and people on whim and was slightly Omniscient about all the ongoings in all their lives.
