I mean the way she froze Omega Red in the Cartoon or when she created a Blizzard on Sauron(However you spell his stupid LOTR name). From the Cartoon she seems to summon Blizzards pretty fast. I'm not that worried about WW Speed considering it will be dialed down due to Storms Random Blizzard and Wind Attacks.

I don't see how Movie Version Wonder Woman can win this.
