Hmmm..I think Storm may have a chance here if she was going for the kill and was at her best. So since OP didn't specify if this was standard Storm or not, I'm giving her all her feats, basically making her composite. So she has Thor's hammer, can manipulate Thor's hammer, and has partial access to the Phoenix force. I'll give her this 3/10 if she destroys the planet immediately.
