-Speed is debatable on both ends a possessed Storm hit Psylocke with a bolt before. I have never seen Psylocke time a bolt

-planetary shields? also Psylocke didn't block a global hyper storm from an amped Storm. She was in a specific square meter of the storm. To block the entire storm, Storm would have had to shoot AP energy containing that of the very hyperstorm at Psylocke.
plus a very weak Storm recovering from a fatal stab would did this 1 with TWO bio lightning bolts. Stated to shape a newborn world. Also she was struggling against Meggan and Psylocke needed marrow to touch her to make a "contact killjoying"
In my opinion it can go either way but Psylocke or Storm does not Stomp.
