to my knowledge, in H/P doomsday, Doomsday was being controlled by Brianiac and acting out of character so most if not all the feats can't even be contributed to him, but only labeled as something he could potentially do. But Ko'ing Darkseid isn't as big a feat as you claim, especially depending on the context of the story it could simply be WIS, or PIS. But you're trying to use ABC logic to make a point, it's a fallacy people keep making about Doomdays to begin with "he fights superman, Maxima, etc, Doomsday can (insert feat)". Unless you have something that he can actually do Doomsday couldn't even get close to Storm unless she allowed it. The fact that Storm's physical stats were made that of Thor's at the time of using Stormcaster it's safe to say she wouldn't go down easily. But then you add in the fact that with magic her powers are a lot easier to use, not that they weren't instant, and powerful to begin with if she willed it to be, she doesn't have the draw back of using her powers taxing her physical form.
Storm could easily BFR Doomsday without a problem and the fight is simply over, and there is nothing Doomsday could do about it. Without the Amp she already had hemispherical and coastal feats with weather control, her precision and accuracy was already very fine tuned.
