Leaning towards Doctor Strange.

I was thinking about this battle for a time.

I guess Starbreaker's draining solidifies his victory in the end, but I'm not sure about his chances aside from that.

Would that work though? Aside from his own abilities with the same, Strange has stopped draining before. And even absorbing magical power isn't the end, Absorbing Man tried it on him once and Strange just took control of the power he absorbed and defeated him with it.

Raw power Starbreaker stomps, however Dr. Strange via had might be able to pull something off.

Feats for Starbreaker?

Starbreaker had some hax resistant feats aganist zatanna but i dont know anything of strange

I don't believe Starbreaker dwarfs Strange in pure raw-power though, especially since the later is getting some new amazing feats under his belt once again. Strange simultaneously fought an extremely amped Casey and Mordo, while still heavily holding back. Mordo is now powerful enough to one-shot Baroshtok in his own dimension, who's a nigh-omnipotent being, while Casey herself was amped by the most powerful mystical artifacts on the planet. Even Strange's conjured weapons have also been shown in the same fight to be more powerful than ancient mystical artifacts capable of wounding Hell-Lord+ beings like Satan himself(Which in this case, Daimon is talking about his father Marduk Kurios).

Strange due to versatility.

Starbreaker seems too powerful for Strange to me, though I am not too familiar with all of Strange's hax. Starbreaker can drain 3 stars instantly, while weakened, doubt Strange has faced an energy manipulator of that tier before.

@andromeda101: According to those feats Strange has the power to win or holding own, however Starbreaker did kill a being called Dharma who was holding the universe together.
